General provisions

The noblis.md website is the online presentation and communication platform of the NOBLIS Jewellery atelier.

By accessing the website, submitting an enquiry or placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted these conditions.

If you do not agree with these conditions, please do not use the ordering services available through the website.

The nature of NOBLIS creations

NOBLIS specialises in individually made gold or platinum jewellery with carefully selected natural or lab-grown diamonds.

Designs shown on the website are references. Proportions, metal, size, stones and other characteristics may be adapted for each client.

Images may display slight differences in colour or proportion depending on the screen used. These display differences are not product defects.

Order enquiry and confirmation

Adding a creation to the basket or submitting a form is an enquiry and does not automatically confirm the atelier’s acceptance of an order.

An order is confirmed once the details and price are agreed, the client accepts the specification and the agreed deposit is paid.

NOBLIS may request further information about size, metal, diamond, timeframe or delivery destination before confirming an order.

Prices and payment

Prices for individual creations depend on the diamond, metal, final weight, proportions and complexity of manufacture.

Any price given before all characteristics are agreed is indicative. The final offer is confirmed individually before work begins.

The payment method, deposit and remaining balance are communicated and confirmed before production.

Diamonds and grading reports

NOBLIS may provide GIA reports for natural centre diamonds, depending on the selected stone.

NOBLIS uses IGI reports for lab-grown centre diamonds.

Small setting diamonds may be covered by the NOBLIS quality certificate, without a separate gemological report for each stone.

Production time

The usual lead time for a made-to-order creation is approximately 30–40 days.

The timeframe may vary with complexity, diamond availability, design approval, logistics and other objective circumstances.

The timeframe for each order is communicated individually. Any changes are communicated to the client within a reasonable time.

Changing or cancelling an order

Requests for changes must be submitted before the affected production stage begins.

After design approval, purchase of the diamond or the start of production, some changes may entail additional costs and time.

For individually made creations, cancellation or return rights may be restricted where permitted by applicable law, as the piece is made to the client’s specifications.

This provision does not limit the client’s statutory rights regarding a non-conforming product.

Handover, delivery and inspection

Creations may be collected from the showroom or delivered under individually agreed conditions.

The client should inspect the parcel and piece upon receipt and report any visible issue without delay.

Risks and costs specific to international delivery are communicated before dispatch.

Quality and warranty

Each creation is inspected before handover and accompanied by documents relevant to the ordered specification.

The warranty does not cover normal wear, impacts, deformation, third-party work, misuse or stone loss caused by mechanical damage to the setting.

The atelier assesses each conformity or warranty enquiry individually.

Intellectual property

NOBLIS texts, photographs, graphics, designs, sketches and visual identity are protected by intellectual property law.

Copying, reproduction or commercial use without NOBLIS’s written consent is prohibited.

Data protection

Information submitted through the website is processed in accordance with the NOBLIS Privacy Policy.

Updates to these conditions

NOBLIS may update this document when services, procedures or legal requirements change.

The applicable version is the one published on the website when the service is used or the order confirmed, as relevant.
